Stationary Stacker Conveyor Engineered and Manufactured by Wolf Material Handling Systems

Stackers are large machines used to pile up dry bulk material that is later picked back up with a reclaimer.

Stackers must take into account bulk density, topography, feed rate and other factors when being designed. Raising the stacker vertically is called luffing. Stackers typically move horizontally on a rail or a radial stacker pivots to pile material from its telescoping spout. Stackers are commonly used in biomass, fertilizer granular, gasification, manufacturing, mining, pulp and paper, and power generation.

Typical materials handled with a stacker include biomass, coal and other minerals, construction & demolition, fertilizer granular, wood chips and wood pellets.
